Our LabVIEW expert consultants offer extensive services with a focus on real-time control systems and embedded solutions. We are accomplished in rapid prototyping, testing, and development of real-time targets such as the NI cRIO using LabVIEW RT / FPGA, the Speedgoat system using Simulink RT, and the Bachmann M1 system using VxWorks. We have developed many advanced control approaches and built up a significant in-house control hardware stock.

Our full-stack, hardware to cloud, IoT expertise ranges from C pointers to advanced MATLAB. Many of our projects require a combination of site-level control (e.g. a local battery system) and cloud intelligence (e.g. an overarching system controller). Some of our strongest languages / tools are C, C++, Golang, Python, LabVIEW / RT, MATLAB, JAVA, Node.JS and various FPGA targets. We are highly experienced in implementing communication solutions, from real-time EtherCAT to MQTT with TLS encryption.

Pressure, force sensing, inertial measurement units (IMU), custom fluid sensing, particle image velocimetry (PIV), LASER Doppler anemometry (LDA), acoustic Doppler velocimeter (ADV) – there are few sensors we haven’t played with. We are highly experienced in interfacing sensors to local control control systems, and ultimately bring the data to cloud based control systems.
