Johannes Spinneken
Johannes founded Evergreen Innovations in 2016. He holds a degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering and a PhD in Fluid Mechanics. Johannes has designed specialist instrumentation and software for numerous laboratories and the automotive sector, implemented control systems for renewable energy system, and directed the MSc in Sustainable Energy Futures. Johannes loves designing custom hardware, software and embedded systems solutions. In his spare time, Johannes enjoys kayaking, running, cycling and overhauling classic motorbikes.
Wrnwrn Tan
Wrnwrn joined Evergreen Innovations right at the start. She holds a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Imperial College London. Over the past five years, Wrnwrn has worked as a Metocean Engineer for DNV GL, delivered engineering contract work, and successfully launched and managed a property development firm. Wrnwrn manages the operation of Evergreen Innovations, overseeing all aspects of contracts and finance. In her spare time, she hones her creative edge and loves finding out more about product design and innovation.
Mark Bruggemann
Mark joined Evergreen Innovations in 2017 after completing a Civil Engineering degree PhD at Imperial College. His PhD examined complex interaction phenomena between ocean waves and highly dynamic floating structures, in particular wave energy converters. Mark has a keen interest in numerical methods, programming languages, software development and teaching, which he combines in the Scientific Computing module in the Sustainable Energy Futures MSc course at Imperial. Outside office hours he can be found with his nose in a book or wandering in the UK countryside.
